Buffalo Chips Weekly Workout Update

Reflective apparel still required at both Tuesday and Thursday evening workouts. Check with Parrott or Iwahashi if you arrive at Tuesday and have forgotten your safety gear.

Thursday, March 16, 5:30 p.m. from University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
4-7 miles along parkway and city streets as it gets darker.

Saturday, March 18, 8:00 a.m. Ofrom University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
Choices:
Basebuilding 5-8 miles along parkway at steady state pace
OR
Warmup of 2-3 miles then tempo of 3-4 miles, then cool-down

Sunday, March 19, 8:00 a.m. from Fish Hatchery off Hazel and Hiway 50
Endurance building options of 6-18 miles around Lake Natomas.
