SS and FW - Steady
Thursday, 5:30 p.m. from University Park.
Why - Base & Development
Base building 3-7 miles on the parkway.
Saturday, 8:00 a.m. from University Park.
Why - Base or Form
5-8 miles with tempo option.
Sunday, 8:00 a.m. at Fish Hatchery (Hazel Ave & Hiway 50)
Why - Endurance & Self-Control
Any distance up to about 20 miles or more is an option.
