Weekly Workout Update

Negative Calorie Walking Sessions…

Starting this Tuesday at regular club workout, there will be a walking workout group. Additionally, this will be expanded to include a fitness walking group meeting on WEDNESDAYS at 10 a.m. at the University Ave. side of Guy West Bridge and on SATURDAYS as an additional formal element of that regular club session. These Walking Group Workouts will be for focused walking efforts with harder pickups done by time at several points within the overall workout. Distances covered will be 3-6 miles, depending on the day, with the longest Walking Group Workout being on Saturday morning (when it is cooler). Bring a water bottle/waist pack/camelback for the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions.

NOTE: Earlier Workout Times on Weekends for some “heat escape”
