Weekly Workout Update

Starting times IF www.weather.com predicts next day morning LOW is to be equal to 70 degrees or higher: (Check Friday night for Saturday possible adjusted time; check Saturday night for Sunday possible earlier starting time)

Saturday 7:00 a.m.Sunday 7:00 a.m.

Again, the normal starting time for Saturday AND Sunday runs is 8 a.m., but IF the www.weather.com predicts a morning LOW of 70 degrees or warmer, then the starting time for that day will be 7:00 a.m.

NOTE: Earlier Workout Times on Weekends for some “heat escape”
