Reflective apparel still required at both Tuesday and Thursday club evening sessions. IF you arrive and find that you have forgotten your reflective safety apparel, check with Parrott or Iwahashi, as they always have items to LOAN.
Also: Parrott has ONE more of the reflective safety vests with LED lights front and back. These are ideal for both runners and bike commuters who need the absolute MOST VISIBLE security for their morning and evening exposure to those dangerous cars.

Options: Either a steady state base building run of 4-8 miles on parkway OR
TEMPO run of 4-5 miles after a 2-3 mile warmup with a 1-2 mile
Cooldown.
Sunday, February 19, 8:00 a.m. from Rescue staging area
For 6-18 miles of rolling hills
