Saturday, February 11, 8:00 a.m. Ofrom University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
For Bike Trail options of:
a. warm-up of 2-3 miles and then 3-5 mile tempo run ….or
b. endurance base building run of 5-8 miles out and back on bike trail
Sunday, February 12, 8:00 a.m. from Rescue
For rolling hills of 10-16+ miles. This is VERY GOOD Boston and Comrades preparation.
