Buffalo Chips Weekly Workout Update

You MUST still be wearing reflective upper body apparel at any club evening workout. While it is daylight when we start, it is quite dark by the latter stage of the workout session and one of our dark-attired participants had a nearly bruising vehicular confrontation at this past Tuesday night. PLEASE, if you forget your reflective protection, CHECK WITH PARROT OR IWAHASHI, we always have extra security items to LOAN.

Thursday, February 16, 5:30 p.m. from University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
Steady state run of 3-6 miles along streets, wear reflective apparel PLEASE!!!

Saturday, February 18, 8:00 a.m. from University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
Options….Warmup then a tempo run of 3-5 miles on parkway OR…
Steady state base building run of 5-8 miles on parkway

Sunday, February 19, 8:00 a.m. from Panera Bread Co. at 901 Howe Ave.
For out and back on parkway of 2.5 hours with comfortable out and strong back. Shorter workout options, e.g. 45 minutes out and stronger back are always an option.
