Buffalo Chips Weekly Workout Update

Reflective apparel still required at both Tuesday and Thursday evening workouts. Check with Parrott or Iwahashi if you arrive at Tuesday and have forgotten your safety gear.

4-6 miles along city streets. MUST wear reflective apparel.

Saturday, March 4, 8:00 a.m. Ofrom University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
Options: TEMPO RUN of 3-5 miles or base building run of 5-8 miles on parkway OR
Chico Bidwell Classic Event OR…
Redding John Frank 10 Miler

Sunday, March 5, 8:00 a.m. from from Fish Hatchery off Hazel and Hiway 50
8-16 miles around Lake …..OR
NAPA MARATHON
