Buffalo Chips Weekly Workout Update

Reflective apparel still required at both Tuesday and Thursday evening workouts. Check with Parrott or Iwahashi if you arrive at Tuesday and have forgotten your safety gear.

Tuesday, March 7, 5:30 p.m. from 251 Commerce Circle
Groups:
A-D…4(400), 2(800), 3(1)
E-F….4(400), 2(800), 2(1)
G-H…4(400), 2(800), 1
SS & FW…steady, of course

Thursday, March 9, 5:30 p.m. from University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
4-7 miles along parkway and city streets as it gets darker.

Saturday, March 11, 8:00 a.m. Ofrom University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
Options: A warmup of 2-3 miles and then a 3-4 mile tempo run and final Cool-down
OR
A steady state base building run of 5-7 miles along parkway.

Sunday, March 12, 9:00 a.m. from Panera Bread Company at 901 Howe Ave.
Out and back strength building run of 2.5 hours total time with a pattern of comfortable pace in the out direction and faster effort back.
