Thursday, 5:30 p.m. from University Park
Why - Base & devlopement
Base building 3-7 miles on parkway

Saturday, 8:00 a.m. from University Park
Why - Base or form
5-8 miles with tempo option

Sunday, 8:00 a.m. from Fish Hatchery, Hazel (Off Highway 50)
Why - Endurance & self-control on rolling hills
Any distance up to about 20 miles or more is an option. Easy out and faster back.
