3-6 miles on University Park 5k/10k course

Saturday, January 14, 8:00 a.m. from University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
EITHER….Tempo session of 4 miles after a 3 mile warmup …OR…
Steady state run of 5-7 miles on parkway trail

Sunday, January 15, 8:00 a.m. from our RESCUE starting venue for 10-18 miles of big rolling hills.
NOTE: This course is great preparation for Big Sur and Boston !
