SS & FW…steady, of course

Thursday, January 26, 5:30 p.m. from University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
3-6 miles on city streets of Univ. Park 5k/10k course, or perhaps to La Riviera Dr to Watt Ave, across Watt and then back to Univ. Park on American River Dr. and University??? So MANY choices!

Saturday, January 28, 8:00 a.m. from University Park on University Ave. near the Howe Ave. overpass:
For tempo run or base building options. A tempo effort of at 6 miles is suggested for those sharpening for longer race efforts. For others building an endurance base a 90-minute (total) steady effort is suggested.

Sunday, January 29, 8:00 a.m. from Fish Hatchery off Hazel and Hi-way 50.
For 6-16 miles of gently rolling or almost serious hills. Good half-marathon to Comrades training with extension UP to Folsom Dam!
