How to Go Faster and Further with a Heart Rate Monitor

Heart Zones USA, a training and education company announces the next stop on their national seminar tour to be staged in Sacramento, California on Saturday, February 11th at Mercy Hospital and Capital Athletic Club. The educational event is for anyone who wants to learn about how to get physically and metabolically fit. Based on the best selling book by author, lifetime Buffalo Chip member, and triathlete Sally Edwards’ Heart Zone Training, the event includes a seminar, workshops, and two certifications. The Heart Zones Seminar is held from 8:30 am- 11:30 am followed by two different workshops. For those seeking advanced training, the professional application training is from 2:00-6:00 pm.

The seminar and workshop together is $99 and includes a new EKG accurate heart rate monitor, Syllabus, sub-max heart rate tests, a maximum heart rate card, seminar and workshop. The fee for the entire day of seminar, workshops and advanced training, an eight-hour of seminar and application training is $249. Continuing education units from the American Council on Exercise and AFAA are available.
