Weekly Workout Update

This week in OUR TRAINING…

REFLECTIVE UPPER BODY APPAREL REQUIRED IN ALL CLUB EVENING WORKOUTS FROM NOW UNTIL ….SPRING !

NOTE: Final sharpening for CIM SHOULD INCLUDE some shorter “track type” sessions, and we are back to GIVING YOU Thursday evening “super speed” track type sessions staged on Kadema Drive, where we have 1000m of that street marked every 100m for a variety of the shorter/faster sessions. Get your final speed development honed with THURSDAY tune-ups !!!!
